Dinner tonight was a Macrobiotic vegan flashback. I love steaks and burgers but every now and then you need a good dose of veggies. Tonights delicousness was udon noodles, red/green peppers, white/yellow onions, bok choy, carrots, shrimp, calamari, scallops, tofu, and a mixture of spices too complex to remember :)
Side dish of sliced Zucchini splashed with olive oil, tossed in pepper/sea salt.
Cooking is a passion.
