The new/old fixie.  I took my Mom’s retro, Japanese racing bike from the 70’s and turned it into a fixed gear.  “Shogun” means “Japanese Warrior” which is a pretty sweet name for a bike, especially if you’re into extreme things :)

I’m loving the brooks grip tape to match the seat, and all the new parts are making this a smooth, fun ride.
